Julie and I got up this morning and went shopping, for no other reason than "because, they are open!" We did find some good deals on Christmas presents and I found the best deal ever on a pair of new jeans...$2.09 with tax!
Then it was back home to eat. We had everything and then some and it was fantastic! I'm looking forward to many leftover turkey sandwiches tomorrow.
The girls are playing board games with my parents and I just finished reading A Little Bit Wicked. Good book, but I struggled with it. Glad to be done because I hate not finishing a book. I have 3 more waiting to be picked up and the weather is gross, so why not?
Speaking of weather, no Turkey Trot for me this year...way to cold!! I will leave you with a line from Kristin Chenoweth's book...love this:
